These terms apply when you browse ayzalo.com, use WooCommerce Cart or Checkout, contact Ayzalo, or place an order through the website-linked WhatsApp channel. By placing or confirming an order, you agree to the applicable order details and policies.

Handmade Products

Ayzalo products are handmade. Small differences in stitch tension, dimensions, arrangement, colour appearance and finishing are normal and are not necessarily defects. Product photos are intended to represent the design as accurately as reasonably possible, but screen settings and lighting can affect colour.

Prices and Availability

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may be updated. Product availability, customisation, production timing, delivery charges and final order totals are confirmed before an order proceeds.

Website Orders

Customers may use Buy Now or Add to Cart and complete WooCommerce Checkout. Orders using the manual advance-payment method are placed On Hold until Ayzalo verifies payment. A submitted checkout order is not treated as ready for fulfilment until the required payment has been verified.

WhatsApp Orders

Product-page buttons may open WhatsApp with product information prefilled so the order can be confirmed manually. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a product or confirm an order. Ayzalo confirms the required details, total and payment arrangements before the order proceeds.

Custom Orders

Custom work is subject to feasibility, available materials and production capacity. Customers are responsible for reviewing the confirmed colour, design direction, price and timeline before production begins.

Payments

Ayzalo currently accepts approved manual advance-payment methods including UBL bank transfer, Easypaisa and JazzCash. Customers should send the payment receipt to the official Ayzalo WhatsApp number for verification. No automated card or bank-payment gateway is currently used.

Shipping

Courier timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside Ayzalo’s control. Customers must provide a correct delivery address and reachable contact number.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns, exchanges, refunds and cancellations are handled according to the separate policies published on this website and the confirmed status of the individual order.

Intellectual Property

The Ayzalo name, logo, original website content, product photography, graphics and original designs may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where law permits.

Website Information

Ayzalo aims to keep website information accurate but may correct typographical errors, product details, prices, availability or policy text where necessary.

Changes

These terms may be updated as Ayzalo’s products, payment methods, delivery services and ecommerce processes evolve. The current published version applies to website use, while confirmed order-specific terms remain part of the individual order agreement.
