Payment Policy

Ayzalo uses a manual advance-payment workflow for website checkout and WhatsApp orders. No automated card or bank-payment gateway is currently used.

Displayed Prices

Website prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Product prices may be updated from time to time. Delivery or approved customisation charges may apply where relevant.

Website Checkout

At WooCommerce Checkout, choose Advance Payment – Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash. Complete payment using one of the approved details shown in the checkout instructions, then send your receipt or screenshot to Ayzalo on WhatsApp at +92 320 4563897.

Payment Verification

New orders using the manual payment method remain On Hold until Ayzalo verifies the payment. Sending a screenshot does not by itself mean payment has been verified. After successful verification, the order can move to Processing and be prepared for production or dispatch.

WhatsApp Orders

Customers ordering directly through WhatsApp will receive the same manual confirmation process. The Ayzalo team confirms the product details, final total and payment requirement before the order proceeds.

Use only the payment details published by Ayzalo and the official WhatsApp number +92 320 4563897. If you are unsure about any payment instruction, return to ayzalo.com and contact Ayzalo through the official website-linked WhatsApp button before sending money.

Refunds

Any approved refund is handled according to Ayzalo’s Returns, Exchanges & Refunds and Order Cancellation policies.
