Ayzalo accepts selected custom crochet requests, subject to design feasibility, material availability, production capacity, and agreement on the final order details.

Customisation Options

Depending on the product, customisation may include colour combinations, small design adjustments, size requests, bouquet composition, or other agreed details. Not every reference image or requested design can be reproduced exactly.

Reference Images

Reference photos may be used to communicate style, colour, or overall direction. Ayzalo does not promise an exact copy of another maker’s copyrighted or distinctive design. The final piece may be adapted to suit Ayzalo’s handmade style and available materials.

Approval Before Production

Before production begins, the key details, price, expected timeline, delivery charge, and required advance are confirmed on WhatsApp. Customers should review these details carefully because changes requested after production starts may not be possible or may require an additional charge.

Handmade Variations

Small differences in stitch tension, dimensions, flower shape, placement, colour appearance, and finishing are normal in handmade crochet work. Screen settings and lighting can also make colours appear slightly different in photos.

Cancellation and Returns

Custom and personalised orders are generally non-returnable for change of mind once production has started. Cancellation and refund eligibility follows Ayzalo’s Order Cancellation Policy and Returns, Exchanges & Refunds policy.

Production Timing

The estimated production timeline is shared before order confirmation. Complex or larger custom pieces may require more time than standard products.
