How to Order on WhatsApp

Ayzalo offers two ways to order: complete your purchase through WooCommerce Checkout, or order directly through WhatsApp. This page explains the WhatsApp option.

1. Choose Your Product

Browse the Ayzalo shop and open the product you want. Review the product description, available options, care information and current displayed price.

2. Select Your Options

Choose any required colour or product option and set the quantity before using the Order on WhatsApp button.

3. Start Your WhatsApp Order

Tap Order on WhatsApp on the product page. The message is generated dynamically and includes available product details such as the product name, Product ID, SKU, selected options, quantity, price and product link, so you do not need to identify the product again manually.

4. Confirm Availability and Total

Ayzalo customer support will confirm availability, customisation feasibility where applicable, the final total, delivery charge and expected production or dispatch timeline.

5. Complete Advance Payment

Complete the agreed advance payment using an approved Ayzalo payment method. Send your payment receipt or screenshot to Ayzalo on WhatsApp at +92 320 4563897 for verification.

6. Payment Verification and Dispatch

Your order is processed after Ayzalo verifies the payment. Ready-made products can then move toward dispatch, while made-to-order or customised pieces enter production according to the confirmed timeline.

Prefer Website Checkout?

You can also use Buy Now or Add to Cart and complete the standard WooCommerce Checkout. The manual advance-payment method is available there as well.
