Order Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an Ayzalo order, contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible.

Before Production or Dispatch

If a ready-made order has not been dispatched, or a made-to-order product has not entered production, Ayzalo will review the cancellation request and confirm whether the order can be cancelled.

After Handmade Production Starts

Once materials have been allocated, custom colours have been prepared, or handmade production has started, custom and made-to-order products may no longer be cancellable. Any advance already used toward materials or production may be non-refundable.

After Dispatch

Once a parcel has been handed to the courier, cancellation is generally no longer available. If the parcel is refused or returned, applicable courier and re-delivery costs may be deducted or charged before any eligible balance is resolved.

Ayzalo Cancellation

In the unusual event that Ayzalo cannot fulfil a confirmed order because of material availability, production limitations, or another operational issue, we will contact the customer and offer an appropriate alternative, revised timeline, or refund of the affected amount.

Cancellation eligibility is based on the actual order status at the time the request is received.
